Office Manager

It is my primary goal to make your experience in our office a positive one. My emphasis is always on doing my best for our patients. I am a native Central Oregonian and love living in Redmond. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, gardening, and everything that our beautiful area has to offer.

Megan

Hygienist

I started at Caldera Dental Group in 2023. I feel so incredibly lucky to be a part of this team who cares so much about each other and our patients. When I’m not working, I enjoy being outside why my husband and our two German Shepherds. Something about me that might surprise you is that I am an avid snow and water skier depending on the season.

Marin

Hygienist

I have a strong passion for periodontally involved patients, helping them improve their oral health with more frequent cleanings and advanced instrumentation techniques. Outside of the office, I love to explore what Central Oregon has to offer with my long-haired Dachshund Huckleberry, Border Collie/Kelpie Abby, and my boyfriend Connor.

Dental Assistant

Debbie graduated from the Dental Assisting program in Portland in 1996. She is a gentle, caring, and understanding assistant who is especially passionate about helping patients feel comfortable — particularly those with dental anxiety. Outside of the office, Debbie enjoys spending time with her spouse, children, grandchildren, and their dogs.

Dental Assistant

I am a native Oregonian, and moved to Redmond in September of 2022. I have been a dental assistant since 1990. I love spending time on my patio enjoying the beautiful views with my husband and dog. I also enjoy kayaking, looking forward to exploring all the water Central Oregon has to offer.

Brook

Business Administration

A Central Oregon native, Brook has been in dentistry for over 20 years and loves building relationships with patients and helping create a positive experience at every visit. In her free time, Brook enjoys spending time with her daughters and pets.

Nubia

Business Administration

Nubia brings over 10 years of dental experience and a passion for helping patients feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they walk in. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and kids, going on hikes, and visiting family out of state.

Kirsten

Dental Assistant

Kirsten has been a dental assistant since 2005 and truly loves what she does. She recently relocated to Central Oregon from Grants Pass and is excited to be part of the community. Outside of the office, Kirsten enjoys reading, swimming, hiking with her dogs Ed and Vera, and riding her horse, Birdy.

Cassie

Sterilization Technician

Born and raised in Redmond, Oregon, Cassie is just beginning her career in dentistry and is passionate about learning and growing in the field. She also interns with the Oregon Lightning indoor and arena football team. When she’s not working, Cassie enjoys playing and coaching volleyball, and spending time with friends, family, and her 13 animals.

Jessica

Dental Assistant

I was born in Central Oregon and have spent most of my adult life here. I graduated from COCC dental assistant program and have been working in the dental field ever since. If I am not working with my amazing team and patients, you will find me outside enjoying Oregon’s beautiful wilderness with my family.
